Any investment made is always secured against the property, which will always have a market value higher than the total capital provided, ensuring that your investment is always safe. Investments can be structured as a percentage of profits or as a fixed term loan.

Important Information
We can only accept investments from High Net Worth Individuals / Sophisticated Investors (as defined under the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000). Before you contact us about investing, you will need to confirm that you fulfil one of the following criteria:
High Net Worth Individual
You have, throughout the financial year immediately preceding the date of investment, an annual income to the value of £170,000 or more. Annual income for these purposes does not include money withdrawn from my pension savings (except where the withdrawals are used directly for income in retirement).
or
You have held, throughout the financial year immediately preceding the date of investment, net assets to the value of £430,000 or more. Net assets for these purposes do not include: your home (primary residence), any loan secured on it or any equity released from it; your pension (or any pension withdrawals) or any rights under insurance contracts. Net assets are total assets minus any debts you owe.
Sophisticated Investor
You are a self-certified sophisticated investor because at least one of the following applies to you:
- 1. You are a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been so for at least the last six months prior to the date of investment;
- 2. You have worked in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises, in the last two years; or
- 3. You are currently or have been in the two years prior to the date of investment a Director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1.6 million in the last two years.
